Description
This decorative urn, dating from the late 18th century, is made of sandstone and is located approximately 25 meters west of the west front of Aston Hall. The urn features four lion heads at the top of the bowl, which are connected by folded drapery. The underside is scalloped, and it has a decorated finial. It is thought that the urn may have originally been placed on the parapet of Aston Hall and is included in the listing for its group value.
