Cottage, now agricultural outbuilding. C17 extended late C18/early C19 with later alterations. Weatherboarded timber frame on rubblestone plinth with corrugated iron to left gable end, extended to right in uncoursed limestone rubble; corrugated iron roof. Original single- cell cottage, extended to right in late C18/early C19 when converted to agricultural use. Central door approached by external steps with subsidiary door to right. Interior: framing visible; rectangular panels, 2 from cill to wall-plate. Queen-strut roof with cambered tie beams and V-struts from collar. Included for group value.
