Description
The building comprises a pair of houses dating to circa 1770, with alterations made circa 1900. Constructed of rendered brick, the front features a decorative fake timber-framing effect. The roof is covered in plain tiles, with a large brick ridge stack and brick coped gables incorporating kneelers. The houses are double-fronted and three storeys high, arranged with a four-window range. Each window is a paired 2-light casement, with smaller casements above. The eaves have brick modillion detailing. The central entrance consists of a 6-panel door within a wooden pilaster surround, topped by a moulded pediment hood supported on consoles, and is flanked by single 2-light metal casements.
