Description

No. 10 Brand Lane, which is part of 23 Broad Street, is an early 19th-century house constructed of brick with a slate roof and a brick end stack. The building stands three storeys tall and features a three-window range, with 20th-century sash windows set beneath gauged brick arches. There is similar window styling above, and the eaves have a pierced soffit. To the left, there is a six-fielded panel door, with the upper two panels being glazed, located in a panelled case and sheltered by a 20th-century hood supported by pilasters. This property is now incorporated into No. 23 Broad Street.
