Description

31 Scotland Street is an early 17th-century building featuring a timber frame with painted brick infilling. It has two storeys, with the upper storey slightly projecting over the lower one, and includes a moulded bressummer. The building is adorned with three-light leaded casement windows and has a simple wooden doorway with a segmental head and a ledged door. The gable is plain and has modern bargeboards.
