Description

Ivy House is an early 19th-century detached house located on Scotland Street. It is built of red brick and has three storeys. The façade features three sash windows with cambered heads, with the right-hand window consisting of three lights. The entrance is highlighted by a moulded wood pilaster doorcase topped with a rectangular fanlight. The house previously had a trellis-work porch and displays toothed eaves, with a slate roof.
