Description
The building is a temple located approximately 350 metres to the west of Decker Hill, dating from around 1810. It is constructed of sandstone, featuring uncoursed rubble and ashlar, topped with a domed ashlar roof. The temple has a circular plan and is designed in a Neo-classical style. On the southeast side, there is a three-bay colonnade with unfluted Doric columns that support a full entablature with a blocking course. The temple is set within landscaped grounds that surround Decker Hill.
