Description

HORDLEY C.P. HORDLEY SJ 33 SE 8/182 Hignett memorial approx. - 2m south of porch of Church of St. Mary GV II Table tomb. Circa 1772. Sandstone. Rectangular with top ledger supported on rectangular slabs to ends and square blocks to centre. Long inscription commemorates children of Joseph and Mary Hignett, first of whom died in 1772.
