Description

Kingsland House is a house from the early 18th century that is currently used as offices. It is constructed of brick and has a Welsh slate roof. The building has two storeys and features attic dormers. The façade has a seven-window range that is unevenly divided. The central entrance consists of a six-panelled door set within an architrave topped by an open pediment. The windows are four-pane sash types with flat-arched gauged brick heads. There are three hipped roof dormers, each with 16-pane sash windows that have scroll decoration. The corners of the building are accentuated with angle quoins, and the gables are stone-coped with stacks at the gable ends.
