Description

This is a chimney located approximately 70 meters south-west of Tankerville Farmhouse, dating from the mid- to late 19th century. It is constructed of red brick with a yellow brick capping, and features a roughly coursed limestone rubble plinth topped with an ashlar band. The chimney has an octagonal section that tapers towards the top. It is adjacent to the remains of an unidentified building on two sides and is associated with a nearby engine house. Tankerville Farmhouse is not included in this listing.
