Description
This is a chimney located approximately 250 metres southeast of Warren Farmhouse, dating from the mid-19th century. It was built for former ironstone workings and is constructed from stone, red, yellow, and white brick. The chimney has a square base that tapers towards the shaft. The base is rusticated stone featuring an oval panel lined in white brick on the north side, topped with an ashlar cornice. The shaft itself is made of red brick, accented with yellow-brick bands and cornice, and capped with an upswept ashlar cap.
