Description

Nos 59 and 60 on High Street in Much Wenlock are early 18th-century buildings featuring red brick that covers an earlier timber frame. They stand three storeys tall and have four flat-headed windows, which generally retain their original glazing bars. The shop fronts are modern and simple, while there is a glazed door leading to a central passageway. This passageway reveals exposed timber framing. Nos 53 to 61, the County Library, and No 63 are part of a group of buildings.
