Description
Service quarters and stables, now a dwelling, dated 1840. The building is constructed of rubble with a hipped slate roof and has ridge stacks positioned to the left and right of the center. It is two storeys high with a basement and features five bays. The central bay is pedimented and has an elliptical carriage arch with a date stone and an oculus above it. There are four-pane box-framed sash windows, with two on each side of the arch on both storeys, and a smaller central sash window above the carriage arch. There are entrances on the left and right sides beneath the carriage arch, and a blocked semi-circular headed entrance is located beneath and between the left-hand ground floor sashes. A central hexagonal cupola with a bell is aligned with the pediment.
