Description

This is an early 17th-century house located on Bridge Street in Leominster, with later alterations. The ground floor is of rendered brick, while the upper floors are timber-framed and rendered, topped with a Welsh slate roof featuring decorative ridge tiles. A brick stack is located on the right-hand side. The house is two storeys high with an attic. The front elevation originally had a single window, which is now a 6/6 sash window. A 19th-century gable dormer contains a 20th-century two-light casement window. There are two 2/2 sash windows on the ground floor. The left-hand return side shows jowled posts with a collared truss and 20th-century windows. An entrance is provided through a 20th-century porch-wing to the left. The interior has not been inspected. The building is of group value.
