Description
The east service wing to Carthage is a detached service building located to the northeast of Carthage, dating from the 18th century. It is constructed from rendered sandstone rubble and features a hipped Welsh slate roof. The building has a rectangular plan and is a single storey high. It includes a 2-light casement window on the west side and a 3-light casement window on the north side, with an entrance located on the south. This service block is positioned opposite another similar structure that is attached to Carthage, flanking the main approach to the farmhouse.
