This is an 18th-century house located on Bridge Street in Leominster. It is constructed of painted brick with a hipped roof covered in old tiles. There are two brick chimney stacks on the sides of the building. The house is three storeys high and has a two-window front. The upper two floors have 9/9 sliding sash windows with segmental arches above. A central blind opening is also present on these floors. The ground floor entrance is located to the centre left and features an early 20th-century four-panel door within an oak frame, sheltered by a simple wooden hood. To the left of the entrance is a 9/9 sliding sash window, and to the right is an early 20th-century shop front with a four-panel door, a plain overlight, and a shop window with glazing bars, all sheltered by a moulded wooden hood supported on plain pilasters. The interior of the house was not inspected.
