Description
Little Penlan Farmhouse is an early 18th-century farmhouse that has undergone some 20th-century alterations. It is constructed of rubble and features an asbestos tile roof. The building has a three-room layout that runs east to west and includes gable stacks. It stands two storeys high and has two bands and a chamfered plinth. The façade has three 20th-century two-light casement windows with segmental heads. On the ground floor, there are two additional 20th-century two-light casements flanking a wide gabled central porch, which has a half-glazed door.
