Description
Church Cottage is a cottage dating from the 17th century or early 18th century. It features a timber-frame structure with brick infill panels and a plain tiled roof. The building has one storey and an attic, with half dormers and two bays. The entrance is located to the right of the centre bay, and there are 20th-century casement windows. A random rubble external chimney with tiled offsets and a detached brick shaft is present. The west gable is partly weatherboarded, and there is a 20th-century extension to the north. The ground floor lacks most of its studs. This cottage is included for its group value.
