Description

This sundial, located approximately 8 meters south-west of the west tower of the Church of St Deinst, is a notable structure dating from the 14th century, with adaptations made in the late 19th century. It features coursed and squared sandstone rubble and has a circular base. The sundial is actually the former tip of the spire from the Church of St Deinst.
