Description

Hill Court is an early 19th-century house located on Church Road in Kington. The building features a stucco finish over stone rubble and has a hipped roof covered with stone tiles, along with various brick chimney stacks. The east front showcases two curved bays, each with a tier of three sash windows. The north-west front, which faces the road, includes a late 19th-century porch that has a part-glazed six-panel door set in an ashlar case with a moulded pediment. To the left of the porch is a window with a mullion and transom. The left wing of the house is partly stuccoed and has a hipped Welsh slate roof, a light-well, and two cross-windows with casements, along with two six-over-six sash windows on the returned side.
