Description
Church House is an 18th-century house constructed of dressed stone, featuring a hipped Welsh slate roof with brick ridge and end stacks. The building has two storeys and an attic, with a two-window range. It displays late 19th-century three-over-three sash windows set in beaded cases, which are placed under stone flat arches with keyblocks, interrupting a stone band. There are also two late 19th-century slate-hung gable dormers, each with two-over-two sashes and finials.
The entrance is located to the center right and consists of a 19th-century Gothick-glazed panelled door beneath a porch supported by slender fluted columns. To the left of the entrance, there is an early 20th-century canted bay window featuring a combination of one-over-one, two-over-two, and one-over-one sashes. To the right, there is another three-over-three sash window. A late 19th-century wing extends to the right, built of rubble and containing a three-over-three sash window on both the ground and first floors.
An attached stone rubble wall, complete with a drip course and capping, extends approximately 70 meters to the east.
