Description

The Eyles monument is a chest tomb located against the north wall of the Church of St Giles in Goodrich. It dates from the early 19th century and is made of ashlar stone. The tomb features a moulded plinth and raised capping, with tapering sides and plain fielded inscription panels. It commemorates John Eyles, who died in 1820.
