KILPECK CP - SO 42 NW 5/31 Outbuilding approximately 30 m north-east of Dippersmoor Manor

GV II

Outbuilding. C17 or early C18 with later alterations and C20 restoration. Timber-framed with brick infill, sandstone rubble plinth and refacing to gable ends; C20 tiled roof. Four framed bays aligned east/west with entrance to east gable end and two doorways to north side. Two square panels from sill to wall-plate with three struts to collar and V-struts in west gable end. Included for group value.
