This is a water pump located about 20 yards north-east of The Malthouse in Almeley Wootton. It was probably built in the mid-19th century and is made of cast iron. The pump features an unusually tall shaft, approximately six feet high, topped with an acorn finial and a domical capping. It has a cranked side handle and a crested spout.
