Description

Mountford House is a house dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of dressed stone and features a hipped Welsh slate roof along with dressed stone lateral stacks. The building stands two storeys tall and has a three-window range with 6/6 sash windows set under stone flat arches. The eaves are deep and plastered. The central entrance consists of a part-glazed six-panel door with a plain fanlight, which is set in a semi-circular stone arch. This entrance is topped by a moulded wood flat hood supported by square columns and is flanked by additional 6/6 sash windows under stone arches.
