Description

Ivydene Cottages, numbers 1 and 2, are a pair of late 17th-century timber-framed buildings with painted brick panels on the ground floor. The roof is slate-covered with gable ends. The west front has four windows and two storeys, featuring modern metal-frame casement windows. There are two modern glazed porches. The rear elevation, facing the road, has two modern glazed doors and a small fixed ground-floor window, with no other windows present. A central brick chimney stack rises from the roof.
