Elms Cottages, comprising numbers 1 and 2, are a pair of 18th-century buildings. They are two storeys high and have six windows in total. The ground floor is built of red brick, while the upper floor is faced with weatherboarding. The roof is tiled. The windows are casement type, and each doorway has a flat hood above it.
