Description
A wall, likely built in the late 18th century to early 19th century, is located about 40 yards north of The Lays Farmhouse. It is constructed of roughly coursed sandstone rubble and stands approximately 10 to 12 feet high, serving to enclose the farmyard from the road to the north. There are remnants of a building along the south side of the wall, which has since been demolished.
