Description
This barn, located to the north-west of Siddington Farmhouse, dates from the late 18th century. It features a timber-frame construction, with weatherboarding on the north side and some concrete infill, topped by a plain tiled roof. The barn consists of four bays, with slatted windows at the west end and a small plank door in the center. Inside, the two eastern bays and one western bay are floored, and the eastern section is plastered. The trusses are made from re-used timber, incorporating a mix of notched and jowled posts. This barn is included in the listing primarily for its group value.
