Description
The Lawns is a farmhouse dating from the late 18th century or early 19th century. It features a rendered front and a hipped slate roof. The building has two storeys and three windows, which are fitted with glazing bar sashes. Across the ground floor, there is a three-bay cast and wrought iron verandah with a plain glazed roof. The central entrance is arched and has a panelled door. There are brick side stacks flanking the building, and it has an L-plan range at the rear.
