Description
This cow-house, built around the early 19th century, is located adjoining the northeast side of Court Farmhouse in Credenhill. The structure features a ground storey made of coursed sandstone rubble with dressed quoins, while the upper part is timber-framed with red brick nogging. It has a slate roof with gabled ends and a long rectangular plan. The building is two storeys high, with the ground storey displaying ventilation slits that alternate with doorways and windows. There is a loft doorway at the center, flanked by windows on either side, and a later brick stair leading to the loft doorway on the northeast gable end. Inside, the cow-house boasts a five-bay king-post roof with struts.
