Warren Farmhouse and Farm Building Adjoining to North-West in Same Range

Warren Farmhouse and the adjoining farm building to the north-west are likely from the 16th century, with later alterations. The farmhouse features pebbledashed timber-framing and rubble, topped with a tile roof, and stands two storeys high. The north-east wall has two bays to the left of a projecting chimney stack and one bay to the right, with mostly 20th-century casement windows. The left-hand bay includes a single-storey bay window, and there is a chimney on the left gable with a projecting stack. The adjoining farm building is constructed of exposed sandstone rubble and has a lower slate roof. It features doorways on each side of a central flight of stone steps that lead to a doorway on the first floor. The interior was not accessible during the survey in April 1986, but it is said to contain some chamfered ceiling beams and queen-post roof trusses.
