Description

Priest Chambers is a house likely dating from the late medieval period, and has been altered since. It is constructed of painted rubble with a slate roof. The house is two storeys high and has two bays. The windows are 20th-century casements with plain reveals. A narrow ground floor window is located to the left of the first bay. There is a door positioned between the two bays. A chimney is situated on the left-hand gable, and two brick chimney caps are on the front wall, one to the right of the door and one to the right of the façade. According to records from 1986, the interior was inaccessible at the time of survey, but is said to contain parts of three cruck trusses.
