Former head gardener's house at Eywood (house demolished during 1950's). Late C18 or early C19. Brick main elevation with sandstone rubble to rear, hipped Welsh slate roof. Rectangular plan with main central axial stack, central entrance. Two storeys. Dentilled eaves cornice. Three glazing bar sash windows with flat arched lintels to first floor, semi-circular headed windows flank doorway with left-hand window retaining decorative glazing. Square headed surround to doorway with decorative semi-circular fanlight, 6-panelled door.
