Description
Eywood Gardens is a former head gardener's house located at Eywood, dating from the late 18th century or early 19th century. The building features a brick main elevation with sandstone rubble at the rear and has a hipped Welsh slate roof. It has a rectangular plan with a central axial stack and a central entrance. The house is two storeys high and includes a dentilled eaves cornice. On the first floor, there are three glazing bar sash windows with flat arched lintels, while semi-circular headed windows flank the doorway, with the left-hand window retaining decorative glazing. The doorway has a square-headed surround and a decorative semi-circular fanlight above a six-panelled door.
