Description
This building is a barn and outbuilding located approximately 10 metres north-west of Ivington Park, now serving as a garage, corn store, and workshop. It dates from the 18th and 19th centuries and is constructed from sandstone rubble, with a 19th-century timber frame and brick. The roof is covered with plain tiles and features two ridge lines, along with a 20th-century wooden clocktower topped with a weathervane.
The structure has a two-unit plan with two bays to the south, which have likely been converted into a cottage or service wing in the 19th or early 20th century. It is a single-storey building with a blocked waggon entrance in the centre and a 20th-century entrance to the north. The north entrance includes a 20th-century plank door and a 19th-century fixed light in an altered opening beneath a stone segmental arch. To the left, there is a carriageway with a fixed light, and the left side of the building has two storeys with six 19th-century casement windows above garage openings. Inside, there is a fireplace and a staircase.
