Description
The Thatched Cottage is a house dating from the late 17th century or early 18th century, with 20th-century additions. It is timber-framed with rendered infill set on a sandstone plinth and features a thatched roof. The cottage consists of two framed bays aligned north to south and faces east, with 20th-century additions at the rear. It is a single storey with an attic, which includes two eyebrow dormers and a 4-light 20th-century casement window. To the left, there is a pair of 2-light 20th-century windows, and to the right, there are two pairs of similar windows next to a 20th-century ledged door.
