Description

MUCH DEWCHURCH CP - SO 43 SE 6/84 Thomas monument about 20 yards south of the tower of the Church of St David GV II

Chest tomb for Susanna Thomas, died 1803. By T Parry, Warmlow Tump. Sandstone ashlar. Deep moulded base and hipped moulded capping. Corner balusters. Side panels have margins with quadrant corners. The monument is unusually short and, though rectangular, resembles a pedestal tomb.
