Description

This building is a granary with stables, located approximately 5 meters north-east of Ringfield. It dates from the 17th or 18th century and is constructed with a timber frame and brick infill, sitting on a sandstone plinth, topped with a pantiled roof. The structure features six bays aligned east to west, with mainly brick internal partitions. There are four doorways, including a larger opening in the third bay from the left, with sandstone steps leading up to the granary located to the right of this larger opening. The roof space was inaccessible as of March 1985. This building is included for its group value.
