Description

This stone bench, located approximately 18 meters east of the chancel of the Church of St Giles, dates from the late 18th century. It features a rubble support and an ashlar bench in a Gothick style. The bench is curved with solid support and has a shaped back that rises to an urn motif at the center, with open curved arm supports at each end. There is an inscription on the back that is largely illegible, but it may date to around 1767.
