Description
Manor House is a late 17th-century house located on Main Street in Rempstone. It is constructed of red brick, with some sections of rubble and ashlar, and features a pantile roof. The building has two red brick gable stacks and displays a dogtooth and raised brick eaves band. Ashlar quoins and a rubble and ashlar plinth add to its architectural detail. The house is two storeys tall, plus a garret, and has two bays. It includes two large lead glazing bar casements on the ground floor and two smaller similar casements above, all set under segmental arches. At the rear, there is a two-storey red brick wing built on a rubble plinth.
