Description

This building, originally a house constructed around 1784, now serves as a National Westminster Bank. A three-bay window was added in the early 19th century, and a single-story bank addition was constructed around 1920. The building is brick, with a colourwashed finish, stone dressings, and a slate roof. The 1920s bank addition, which covers most of the original house's front and extends to the left, features rusticated quoins and a moulded parapet. It has three plain sash windows, a projecting porch to the left, and a blank bay to the right.

The original house section, of two storeys and five bays, incorporates chamfered quoins, moulded eaves, and two gable stacks. It has plain sash windows. On the right-hand side, there is a single window. Above, to the left, is an irregular two-story bay window, featuring two sashes. To the right, there are three sashes. This property is an addition to the late 18th-century modifications of the Norwell Overhall prebendal house, which adjoins it on the right.
