Description
No. 4 Queen's Head Court is a house that has been converted into an office. It dates from the mid-16th century and was restored in 1960. The building features close studded timber framing with renewed rendered nogging and a brick underbuild, topped by a steeply pitched plain tile roof with sprocketed eaves. It is two storeys high and has four bays. The jettied front displays four 2-light leaded casements. On the ground floor, to the left, there is a close boarded door flanked by single 2-light casements, while to the right is a similar door with glazing bar sidelights. The right gable has arch braces and a 3-light leaded casement, with a 20th-century bow window featuring glazing bars below it. The rear of the building shows close studding with a mid rail and a door to the left.
