Description
The Old Vicarage is a house, formerly a vicarage, built in the late 18th century. It is constructed of brick and features a hipped concrete tile roof with brick eaves and two rear wall stacks. The building has three storeys and three windows. The central entrance has a close-boarded door flanked by single glazing bar sash windows. Above the door, there are three glazing bar sashes, all with segmental heads, and above these, there are three 20th-century glazing bar sashes with timber lintels.
Adjoining the main house is a service wing from the 19th century, also made of brick with a concrete tile roof. This wing has one bay and two storeys, featuring a single three-light glazing bar casement window, with a two-light glazing bar casement above from the 20th century. Inside, the house has dog leg stairs with square balusters, gypsum floors, and a softwood roof structure from the 18th century.
