Description

This building is a former framework knitters workshop, now used as workshops, dating from the early 19th century and 20th century. It is constructed of red brick with a pantile roof and features a left gable red brick stack. The structure is single storey and consists of two bays, with two large tripartite fixed lights. At the rear, there is a 20th-century red brick extension that is also single storey and has three bays. The left bay of this extension is gabled and includes a large doorway that is partially blocked, along with a glazing bar door. To the right of this doorway, there is a single large tripartite fixed light, and on the far right, there is a single large blocked opening.
