Description
Office Cottage and Lilac Cottage are a pair of late 18th century cottages with an early 19th century cottage added to the west. They are constructed of brick and feature a 20th century pantile roof, dentillated eaves, coped gables with kneelers, two ridge stacks, and a single gable stack. The buildings are two storeys tall and consist of five bays. Each cottage has a symmetrical facade with a central door flanked by single 19th century two-light Yorkshire sashes, all having segmental heads. Above these, there are four 19th century two-light Yorkshire sashes. The single bay 19th century cottage to the west is also brick with pale headers, featuring a panelled door and a large paired four-light mullioned Yorkshire sash with a patterned segmental head, along with a 19th century two-light Yorkshire sash above.
