Description
Richards-Havercross Cottages are three cottages built in the late 18th century, with a 20th-century addition at the rear. They are constructed of red brick and feature a pantile roof with dentillated eaves. The roof has two ridge stacks, two gable stacks, and a single gable stack at the rear. The cottages are two stories high and have a five-bay east front, which includes a stepped plinth under the four bays on the right and a first-floor band. There is an off-centre doorway with a partially glazed door. To the left of the door are three glazing bar sash windows, while to the right is a single glazing bar sash. On the upper floor, there are five glazing bar sashes, with the second and third from the left being smaller and lacking segmental heads. All other openings have segmental heads.
