Description

The Hermitage is an early 19th-century house constructed of red brick. It features a pantile roof with brick coped gables, kneelers, dentillated eaves, and gable stacks. The building is two stories high with a three-bay front. The central doorway has a plain pilastered doorcase, a small hood supported by ornate brackets, a rectangular overlight, and a partially glazed door. On either side of the doorway are glazing bar sash windows, with three additional glazing bar sashes located above.
