Pantile roof with brick coped gables, kneelers, dentillated eaves and gable stacks. 2 storey, 3 bay front-with central doorway with plain pilastered doorcase, small hood on ornate brackets, rectangular overlight and partially glazed door. Doorway flanked by glazing bar sashes with 3 glazing bar sashes above.
