Description

The Red House is an early 19th-century house constructed of red brick with a pantile roof featuring coped gables, gable stacks, and decorated eaves. It is two storeys high with a three-bay front. The entrance has an arched doorway with a narrow reeded doorcase that includes a bracketed cornice, a traceried fanlight, and a partially glazed panelled door. The doorway is flanked by single windows, with three additional windows above, all featuring 20th-century partially fixed glazing bars.
