Description

Eastleigh is a late 18th-century house situated on the west side of Main Street, Allington. The building is constructed of red brick with a concrete tiled roof and brick gable stacks. It is two storeys high with a garret and has a three-bay front. The central doorway features a 20th-century partially glazed panelled door, flanked by single windows and with three more windows above. All openings have segmental heads and 20th-century casements with glazing bars. Large, diagonal, stepped buttresses are positioned on the east corners, each incorporating a round-headed archway through the middle.
