Description
The former stable range, now used as a clothing store and boiler house, dates from around 1800 and has undergone mid-20th century alterations. It is constructed of brick with stone dressings and features a pantile roof. The building is designed in an L-shape and has a first-floor band along the front, with coped gables and single side wall and roof stacks.
The front elevation comprises three segment-headed windows with keystones, with the right window being an iron glazing bar casement. The central window is blocked, while the left window is a 20th-century casement. Below, there is a central blocked opening with a segmental head. The rear elevation features a blocked central window, flanked on the left by an iron glazing bar casement and on the right by a Yorkshire sash, all with keystones. Below this, there is a lean-to wing on the left, with a door and a pair of garage doors to its right. Additionally, there is a five-bay single-storey rear wing that includes a louvred opening flanked by single doors, and to the right, a pair of garage doors.
